   I've not been on the computer most of the weekend. Lots of stuff to get done, back problems, etc. How are you feeling? Are you still not on meds? How is it going for you?
   
   I tried going without meds and I ended up in a catatonic depression with uncontrollable muscle spasms. My husband was scared half to death thinking he was going to have to commit me. Knowing that I was losing my mind was the scariest thing I've ever gone through. I never want to go through that again. I am only too happy to take my meds each day. It allows me to be functional and work toward being successful working a full-tiome job someday.
